RN Clinical instructors, often working as part of the recruitment coordinator healthcare team, supervise CNA clinical students at rotating long-term care facilities. The clinical hours are from 6 am to 2 pm. The RN educator ensures that the students provide safe and effective care to residents while also being active learners throughout the day, with support from the student support coordinator.

A relationship builder, working effectively with partner facilities, schools, and workforce teams. Event-ready for job fairs and community outreach, ensuring reliable transportation is available for attending RN Educator jobs and supporting student success. Able to re-engage prospects who were sent back for incomplete intake or requirements, demonstrating on-site availability Monday through Friday from eight to five, with dependable attendance.
