RN Clinical instructors supervise CNA clinical students at rotating long-term care facilities. The clinical hours are 6am-2pm. The instructor must ensure the students are providing safe and effective care to the residents and that the students are active and learning throughout the day.

You must have an Iowa RN license and a resume with a minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience supervising CNAs. 

Current openings are PRN with intermittent Wednesdays and Thursdays clinical open from 6am-2pm and PRN Medication aide teaching hours are also available which are Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30-1:30.

reminders, CRM/LMS updates, invoicing/collections, and classroom readiness. 

We’re looking for an organized, tech-forward communicator who thrives on accuracy and service. 

• Experience in a healthcare training environment (CNA/Med Aide/Allied Health) or with clinical scheduling.
• Familiarity with CRM/LMS tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Thinkific/TalentLMS, Monday/Sheets/Docs).
• Knowledge of vaccination/health record requirements for clinical placements.

• Two or more years in admissions, recruiting, sales, or high volume outreach

• Fast speed to lead during business hours with strong follow through
• Proven conversion of inquiries to paid registrations with documented results
• CRM proficiency with clean notes accurate stages and next actions
• Comfortable working across multiple monitors and software tools
• Strong writing for short social posts reels testimonials and DMs
• Able to create quick video snippets on a phone or desktop without heavy editing
• Organized and detail focused with reliable checklist use and deadline management
• Data driven mindset with basic spreadsheet skills and simple reporting
• Relationship builder with partner facilities schools and workforce teams
• Event ready for job fairs and community outreach with reliable transportation
• Able to re engage prospects who were sent back for incomplete intake or requirements
• On site availability Monday through Friday eight to five with dependable attendance
• Professional judgment with escalation when needed and respect for confidentiality
• Positive attitude resilience and accountability to seat targets and monthly goals
