Nursing School Prep

This 16-week hybrid course is designed to build confidence in all nursing skills and knowledge prior to nursing school or in tandem with nursing school. The student will be mentored by a team of experienced nurses and nurse educators for a real-world approach to learning.

Registration fee - $395

Each participant will be responsible for their registration fee which inlcudes all groundwork courses and student career couseling. 

Nursing school prep is completed over 16 weeks

This course provides students with a supportive learning environment that increases their confidence in attending nursing school in the future. We will cover topics from how to complete the FASFA and grants and loans to tips and tricks for injections and medication management. Students may attend all courses or choose a-la-cart courses that best fir their learning needs.

Class is held on Mondays and Thursdays at alternating morning and afternoon times at our West Des Moines training center.

Students will attend all four groundwork courses and then meet with our student support coordinator to assist in choosing their education plan.
